ALPHA66 register: the sign-up form, field by field

The ALPHA66 sign-up form (Daftar) asks for five things and checks your phone by SMS. One detail matters more than the rest: your name has to match your bank account, and several bonus terms repeat that rule.

01 The form

What each field asks for

Labels are shown as they appear on the platform, in Malay, with an English gloss.

Field	What to enter	Why it matters
Nama Penuh Full name	Your name exactly as it appears on your bank account. The form's example is "Muhammad Ali Bin Abu".	The form notes it must be the same as your bank name (Mesti Sama Dengan Nama Bank Anda).
No Telefon Mobile number	Your Malaysian mobile number in 60 format, as in the example 60126668888.	The verification code is sent to this number by SMS.
Password	6 to 20 characters (the field hint reads "6-20 Ayat").	Use one you do not use anywhere else.
Referrer code	Optional. Leave it blank unless a person referred you.	Referral bonuses go to the person whose code you enter.
Kod Pengesahan Verification code	The one-time code sent to your phone.	Sign-up is verified by SMS, so the number must be one you can receive messages on.

02 Step by step

Signing up, start to finish

Open the form

Use the Register button on this page. On the platform, Daftar sits at the top left next to Log Masuk, and both open the same form on separate tabs. Make sure the Daftar tab is selected.

Fill in and verify

Enter your bank-matching name, mobile number and password, add a referrer code only if you have one, then request the SMS code and type it into Kod Pengesahan.

Add your bank, carefully

Bank details come after sign-up. Use an account in the same name you registered with. One ALPHA66 promotion's terms state that the bank account cannot be changed after it has been filled in.

03 Sign-up offer

What the sign-up page offered on 1 November 2026

The ALPHA66 sign-up page carried a short list headed "Register Now To Unlock Exclusive Benefits":

RM10 welcome bonus for new members on registration
10% weekly commission
Refer friends and earn up to MYR 10 per successful referral
30% weekend bonus

The promotions list on the same day showed the weekly commission at 13%, not 10%. When two pages on the platform disagree, ask live chat which figure applies before you rely on it.

04 Avoid

Sign-up mistakes that cost players later

A nickname or shortened name. ALPHA66's bonus terms repeat that the registered name must match the bank account, and breaking a term forfeits the credit.
A second account. Several offers are limited to one player, one name, one IP and one ID. The referral terms ban self-referral and several accounts on one bank account.
A number you cannot receive SMS on. The verification code goes to the mobile number you enter, so use your own active line.
Someone else's referrer code "just because". The field is optional. Enter a code only if that person actually referred you.
Claiming the sign-up credit without reading it. It is limited to ClotPlay and JILI slots with x30 turnover. Opening a live table on it breaks the terms.
